Description:
The only thing smartphone users dread more than breaking their beloved device is the impending fees and hassle that follows. Enter HTC's Uh Oh Protection: an industry-leading initiative that protects customers' phones against life’s uh-oh moments. To help launch this initiative, the team created a multichannel series to showcase the Uh Oh program in a relatable way.
We used fun, brightly illustrated graphics and animations to live seamlessly with the evergreen content we had been creating months prior. As curiosity about the program peaked, so did engagement, and consumers were amused to see bad things happening to good smartphones in outrageously ridiculous ways.

Kelly is a Cincinnati based director, graphic designer, and photographer. Over the last several years she has spent time at both large agencies and small studios, working with a range of clients from start-ups to larger clients such as IBM and Google.
