Description:
Chef Edward Lee’s third restaurant venture is a burger and whiskey bar located in the heart of downtown Louisville, KY. Unlike most whiskey joints in the Bluegrass, Whiskey Dry stocks more than just local spirits. The bar boasts more than 200 whiskeys from Ireland, Scotland, the U.S., Canada, and Japan.
The Whiskey Dry concept is a throwback to a classic American diner, but with an upscale menu guaranteed to entice any food lover.

Working closely with Chef Lee, we ran with his directive of “hipster meets Waffle House” to create an identity that feels eclectic, kitschy, and slightly nostalgic. Graphic elements were inspired by the hand-painted window signage of diners past.
